Hey! I’m Alyssa. I’m 20 years old and from Sydney, Australia. 

I am an aspiring fitness blogger and influencer, and today I am making my first post! If you’re reading this, thanks for being here from the start. I hope our journey together is what you need to live a healthy and full life. 

So firstly, a bit about me and why I’m here. 

Health and fitness is something I’ve been passionate about since I was 13. My parents were very adamant about living and eating healthily, so it’s a value that I’ve had ingrained into me from a very young age. I completely understand the importance of healthy living, and it’s something that I would like to share with the rest of the world. I was lucky enough to grow up with positive reinforcement and encouragement when it came to healthy eating, and this is the type of positivity I am looking to spread globally. So, here we go.

Firstly, let’s chat about the importance of exercise. Yes, healthy eating is fantastic and necessary, but exercise? Absolutely pivotal to your fitness journey. I would suggest finding an hour a day to get outside and do some exercise. It doesn’t have to be vigorous and it doesn’t have to be all at once. If you could do six ten-minute blocks of exercise a day, that is already so much better for your well being than no exercise. As you feel the positive effects, I’m sure the intensity and duration of your exercise blocks will increase, because hey – exercise is part of the fun.

Secondly, healthy eating. Healthy eating is the cherry on top of the exercise pie. Getting home and refuelling your body after a day of exercise and exertion is incredible for your body and mind. Each week I have pre-prepared healthy meals delivered to my door, because that way I know what I’m eating is both healthy and the correct portion size. It alleviates a lot of the stress of meal prep, and gives me more time in my day to do the exercise that really matters to me. I now even get weight loss food delivery, Melbourne influencers rave about it. This way I know in advance which meals I will be eating each week. It’s so easy.
